Key events in the formation of WORLD were the agreement of Lewis MacKenzie to become spokesperson for the organization in early 1997, and the assistance of Edward Crysler with the legal and registration process. Additionally, Allen + Miles agreement to provide accounting support and excellent web graphics design and support from Dat Pham, Mike Demutis and Ed Kopas of 2Gen Inc. have made this site possible as a platform for truly worldwide growth for WORLD as we move forward towards our goals.

Development of the organization has been a slow process and would not have been possible without the initial and ongoing support of all of our sponsors and volunteers.

As well the recognition, acceptance and continued use of WORLD services by various relief agencies.
