Operating Programs
WORLD will begin with 2 major operating programs to work towards and meet the objectives of the organization.

A) The  International Registry of Logistics Practitioners

This worldwide online Logistics Practitioner database of the organization acts as both a fundraising vehicle and source for the ongoing identification of support individuals in countries around the world. This database is comprised of a complete and accurate listing of as many practitioners as we can identify from logistics and all related areas.

All individuals identified for inclusion will be mailed/emailed in advance an explanation of what WORLD is, an entry sheet to confirm if they wish to appear in the Registry, if there are any corrections required to their information, and finally, if they would like to support WORLD by listing their name within the Registry and/or in supporting our programs through either a cash donation or personal time commitment.

B) Logistics Support Services

WORLD will identify and approach the major relief agencies with significant logistics activities, both on a local basis and on an international scale. The initial purpose will be to determine their interest in the WORLD organization and what, if any, specific logistics projects or analyses might be required at their agency.

This will be accomplished through each agency's completion of our WORLD checklist allowing them to easily communicate the specific needs of their agency.

Once projects or needs are identified, we will assign volunteer WORLD members to carry out these projects or to fill specific equipment or service needs.
